If a student chooses to withdraw from a class at The Woodstock School of Dance and Yoga (TWSDY) the parent or guardian must immediately contact the administrator via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide a written notice of the withdrawal. The studio will not officially withdraw the student from classes until the written notice of withdrawal is received.
If you are cancelling within Term 1 (The Day you registered – End of October) there is a non-refundable deposit of your first payment on your account plus payment for the classes attended/weeks that have past. Term 2, 3 & 4 will be refunded.
If you withdraw during Term 2 (November 1st to End of December) you will be charged for Term 2, but Term 3 and 4 will be refunded.
There is no refund for anyone who withdraws after January 1st 2024.
Minimum notice on withdrawal dates is seven (7) days; therefore:
Notice of Withdrawal must be made Seven (7) business days before the 1st of the month for each payment.
TWSDY does keep attendance records, but this is not a monitoring system and it is your responsibility to contact the school if it is your intention to withdraw.
If your child needs to withdraw from class due to an injury, please provide the school with a doctor’s note.

Summer Camp Withdrawal:
Payment must be made in full upon registration . Fees are non-refundable unless written notice is given to the administrator no less than 4 weeks before the camp start date. If there is a medical reason for the withdrawal, a doctor's note must be provided. A $50.00 administrative fee will be charged and is non-refundable for all withdrawals.
