Baby & Me yoga will give parents / guardians the opportunity to try something active with their newborn while simultaneously bonding with their child. Poses that are interactive and engaging as well as different relaxation techniques will be explored in this class. This 7 week session is specifically designed to combat teenage angst using yoga as the ultimate stress buster. Mindfulness, awareness, techniques for calming nerves and getting a restful sleep are some of the many skills learned in this program. This class gives teens the tools they need to acquire a good night's rest and to make anxiety provoking situations more manageable. Students will also practice yoga technique and posture which can be applied to their dance practice and everyday physical and mental health.

A slow paced class designed for those that want to become more relaxed. Postures (asanas) are held for longer periods of time to get the most out of each pose. This type of yoga targets the deep tissues in the body giving you a chance to tap into your most relaxed self and indulge in some much needed zen. Yin Yoga contributes to a better and deeper sleep state.

Prepare the body for labour and delivery while simultaneously bonding with baby. Prenatal Yoga will bring a tailored approach to your specific trimester, enhancing pelvic floor tone, focused breathing, reducing stress and anxiety while sharing the experience alongside other expecting mamas. Prenatal Yoga can also provide relief for back pain, tight hips, & other various discomforts accompanying pregnancy. Taught by our registered & certified prenatal yoga faculty.

This 7 week session incorporates an introduction to yoga, mindfulness, awareness and helpful tips for achieving relaxation while engaging children in a series of classical yoga postures, yoga games, yoga adventures crafts and more. This is the perfect introductory class to get your child hooked on yoga!

Yoga is for everyone. This practice acknowledges that everyone is unique and the physical postures (asanas) will be adapted to meet the needs of each yogi. Is it hard to get on the floor , get on on your knees or are your wrists weak? Variation of the poses will be offered and you can use a chair or a mat. Breath work and guided meditation will be included in each class. Open to everyone.

Chair yoga classes adapt traditional poses (asanas) into seated positions for those who prefer to participate from a chair rather than a mat. The chair is used for support, comfort and safety. Each class focuses on different aspects of body, mind, and spirit and illuminates a path to maintain healthy practices.
