**NEW **Core & Restore - 90 Minute ** 6 Week Discounted Session **

This 90-minute session combines the core strengthening and flexibility benefits of Pilates with the restorative power of stretching. The first hour will focus on Pilates exercises to engage deep muscles, improve posture, and increase overall strength. The following 30 minutes will be dedicated to stretching and relaxation, promoting flexibility, reducing tension, and enhancing your sense of well-being. Remember to listen to your body throughout the session and modify exercises as needed.

Hatha Slow Flow - 60 Minute ** Discounted 6 Week Session **

Hatha Slow Flow is a mindful and deliberate approach to yoga that combines the foundational principles of Hatha yoga with a slower, more fluid pace. Unlike faster-paced styles like Vinyasa, Hatha Slow Flow emphasizes holding poses for a longer duration, allowing for deeper stretching, increased body awareness, and a greater sense of inner calm. This practice encourages a deeper connection with your breath and body, making it accessible to practitioners of all levels.

Baby & Me Yoga - 45 Minute ** Discounted 6 Week Session **

Baby & Me yoga will give parents / guardians the opportunity to try something active with their newborn while simultaneously bonding with their child. Poses that are interactive and engaging as well as different relaxation techniques will be explored in this class. Improve both yours and your little one's motor coordination, skill, and have so much fun sharing in the bond that will be found through yoga and movement.

November 5th - December 9th

Adult Classical (Hatha) Yoga - ** Discounted 6 Week Session **

This 7 week session combines classical yoga postures and breathing techniques to give you a restful and relaxing experience. This one hour class is designed for you to indulge in a little "Me" time and is recommended for all levels of experience; beginner to advanced yogis are welcome!

Gentle Flow Yoga - 60 Minute ** Discounted 6 Week Session **

Gentle flow is a class about  self-compassion and acceptance. It recognizes that every body is different and that our physical abilities can vary from day to day. By embracing a gentle approach, we can move in ways that feel nourishing and supportive, rather than demanding or stressful.

Yin Yoga - 60 Minute ** Discounted 6 Week Session **

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time—for beginners, it may range from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one pose for five minutes or more. Yin yoga postures apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A passive practice, Yin Yoga invites stillness and cultivates awareness of inner sensation.

Prenatal Yoga - 60 Minute ** Discounted 5 Week Session **

Prepare the body for labour and delivery while simultaneously bonding with baby. Prenatal Yoga will bring a tailored approach to your specific trimester, enhancing pelvic floor tone, focused breathing, reducing stress and anxiety while sharing the experience alongside other expecting mamas. Prenatal Yoga can also provide relief for back pain, tight hips, & other various discomforts accompanying pregnancy. Taught by our registered & certified prenatal yoga faculty. 


November / December Session 

Saturdays  11:30 AM - 12:30 PM 

November 15th - December 13th

Yoga For Teens (Ages 12 +)

This 7 week session is specifically designed to combat teenage angst using yoga as the ultimate stress buster. Mindfulness, awareness, techniques for calming nerves and getting a restful sleep are some of the many skills learned in this program. This class gives teens the tools they need to acquire a good night's rest and to make anxiety provoking situations more manageable. Students will also practice yoga technique and posture which can be applied to their dance practice and everyday physical and mental health.

Chair Yoga - 60 Minute 7 Week Session

Chair yoga classes adapt traditional poses (asanas) into seated positions for those who prefer to participate from a chair rather than a mat. The chair is used for support, comfort and safety. Each class focuses on different aspects of body, mind, and spirit and illuminates a path to maintain healthy practices.

Adult Yoga & Meditation

Tired of feeling exhausted and overwhelmed? Increase mindfulness, self-awareness & breathing techniques in this 7 week series. Perfect for beginners or those wanting to deepen their understanding of meditation while diving into a relaxing and most present experience. Meditation has been shown to improve sleep, prevent cognitive decline, improve memory, & mental clarity and well-being.

Yoga For Kids (Ages 7+)

This 7 week session  incorporates an introduction to yoga, mindfulness, awareness and helpful tips for achieving relaxation while engaging children in a series of classical yoga postures, yoga games, yoga adventures crafts and more. This is the perfect introductory class to get your child hooked on yoga!


We also run yoga for kids at our "Dance & Yoga Days of Summer Camp & PA Day Camps!"
