At The Woodstock School of Dance and Yoga, we believe in the power of bringing dance and yoga into every classroom! We are experts in customizing a program fit for your classroom or school whether its choreographing a dance for a school event, or running a yoga class with your anxious and stressed out pre-teens. We've done everything from pre-planned school-wide flash mobs, enhancing the dance and drama session of the curriculum, right down to preparing healthy mindfulness sessions for elementary school children.
