Our Mission at The Woodstock School of Dance and Yoga is to encourage students to achieve their personal bests by providing a warm and inclusive atmosphere with a small teacher to student ratio, establishing strong technique, and developing a love of movement for all ages and abilities. The studio offers classes in Creative Movement, Pre-Ballet, Classical Ballet (Royal Academy of Dance Syllabus - Our owner holds Registered Teaching Status with the world renowned RAD), Contemporary, Modern, Lyrical, Jazz, Tap, Musical-Theatre, Hip Hop, Acro Dance, and Yoga classes for Children, Teens and Adults in a noncompetitive environment. The emphasis is placed on proper training, quality education that is age appropriate, acquiring a sound technical foundation, inspiring a love of movement and creating equal opportunities for all students. At the Woodstock School of Dance and Yoga, we believe that dance and yoga should be accessible to everyone and we are dedicated to providing a positive and inclusive environment for every child encouraging healthy body image, mindfulness, and a safe space where students can reach their full potential. The Woodstock School of Dance and Yoga strives to develop the artist within by inspiring students to believe that no goal is unattainable.
