Payment must be made in full upon registration . Fees are non-refundable unless written notice is given to the administrator no less than 4 weeks before the camp start date. If there is a medical reason for the withdrawal, a doctor's note must be provided. An $85.00 administrative fee will be charged and is non-refundable for all withdrawals per student per week registered. NO EXCEPTIONS.
