This 7 week session combines classical yoga postures and breathing techniques with restorative and relaxation yoga to give you a restful experience and a good night's sleep! (YES PLEASE!) This one hour class is designed for you to indulge in a little "Me" time and is recommended for all levels of experience; beginner to advanced yogis are welcome!

This is a form of yoga that involves breathing exercises, and repetitive poses. You will enhance your awareness and help move past your ego while learning how to stay in the present moment. Also known as the practice of “yoga of awareness.” This class also has a large meditation component to bring more mindfulness to your practice.

Vinyasa yoga is a subset of hatha yoga. Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic 'flow'. We move from one posture to the next with transitional sequences linking it all together. The emphasis is on linking your breath and your movements and it begins to feel like a 'moving meditation'. This type of practice helps build strength (especially your core). It doesn't necessarily mean "fast" or "power" - but it can be - and it is suitable for all levels.

A slow paced class designed for those that want to become more relaxed. Postures (asanas) are held for longer periods of time to get the most out of each pose. This type of yoga targets the deep tissues in the body giving you a chance to tap into your most relaxed self and indulge in some much needed zen. Yin Yoga contributes to a better and deeper sleep state.

You will be guided through a yoga practice with the emphasis being on learning and/ or deepening your yoga. Props will be used to make yoga accessible to everybody. Whether you are new or an experienced yogi you will love this class.

Chair yoga classes adapt traditional poses (asanas) into seated positions for those who prefer to participate from a chair rather than a mat. The chair is used for support, comfort and safety. Each class focuses on different aspects of body, mind, and spirit and illuminates a path to maintain healthy practices.

Yoga Designed Specifically for expecting mamas in any trimester. Taught by our qualified prenatal yoga faculty. Learn how to relax and bond with your baby bump, prepare for delivery and meet some other expecting mamas in a safe and relaxing environment.

This 7 week session incorporates an introduction to yoga, mindfulness, awareness and helpful tips for achieving relaxation while engaging children in a series of classical yoga postures, yoga games, crafts and more. This is the perfect introductory class to get your child hooked on yoga!
We also run yoga for kids at our "Dance & Yoga Days of Summer Camp!"

This 7 week session is specifically designed to combat teenage angst using yoga as the ultimate stress buster. Mindfulness, awareness, techniques for calming nerves and getting a restful sleep are some of the many skills learned in this program. This class gives teens the tools they need to acquire a good night's rest and to make anxiety provoking situations more manageable. Students will also practice good technique and posture which can be applied to their dance practice and everyday physical and mental health.
We also run yoga for teens at our "Dance & Yoga Days of Summer Camp!"
